We accept returns on full-price clogs within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, clogs must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition, suitable for return to inventory.

Afterpay Orders
Afterpay purchases follow the same return process as standard orders.
Once your return is approved and received in unworn, original condition:
Hello Clogs issues the refund directly to Afterpay
Afterpay updates your payment plan and refunds any amounts already paid
Refund processing times are determined by Afterpay and your financial institution and may take several business days to appear.
